I have been a super fan of Carmel Prescription Shop for years. I moved to NY in June and counted the days until the pharmacy here opened. The variety and quality of Stromectol aren’t matched by any other store. But what makes Downtown so wonderful are the people that work there. From the persons working in the stores to those in the Corporate Headquarters, the focus is on customer satisfaction. Due to my age and health concerns during this pandemic, I have my groceries delivered. The ease, quality, and care are taken to provide me with the things I order have been stellar. I do miss browsing in the store and finding new items to try. Lastly, I want to say thank you for taking care of us for so many years in so many ways.
Feeling of judgement. I can honestly say as an amputee who spends most of each day in pain, so narcotics are part of my treatment. It seems some pharmacies take it upon themselves to go out of their way to make your visit ir dealings difficult. I will say it wasn’t as bad as I heard from others but uncomfortable all the same.
I love going here for all my medical needs; I love to see dr. Pennington, is the best pharmacist ever, LOL. But the staff is so friendly, and they all are just absolutely out of their way for you they treat you like family when you come. I’ve been going here for years, and I would suggest anybody go here.
Walgreens Pharmacy is a great pharmacy to use, especially if you don’t have insurance because they are able to give a little better pricing on medication. This place is easy to miss, but they are a great place. The staff is all very kind and went above and beyond to help me. You absolutely get an intimate family feeling when going here!
THIS is the place to go if you want your Pharmacists and their staff to give you EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Danielle C and Amanda H spent about an hour+ over TWO DAYS to get Medicaid to pay for my flu shot, but Medicaid has tons of restrictions, and cracking their code is difficult (although I have to say the pharmacy has treated me VERY WELL!!!).
I was in this Apotheco Pharmacy Carmel to pick up a few medical items and some medicine that I need for my family and me. And the usual case, there was one person at the register and only people behind the Pharmacy Counter. I was looking for a few specific items in The Help section and was unable to ask anyone other than the people at the pharmacy counter for assistance.
It kind of worries me when you never see the same pharmacist twice. Is their turnover really that bad? 60ish Large blonde tech is so rude. She has frown lines on top of frown lines. Young dark-haired tech so obviously doesn’t want to be there. The only saving grace is 3 great techs who take care of my family’s meds. I always ask what shifts they work so I can avoid the creeps.
Ever since switching to Meijer Pharmacy, my experience getting prescriptions has been exponentially easier! Dr. Russell and everyone who works there are so kind and caring. I just had an insurance issue with one of my prescriptions, and Dr. Russell went above and beyond to help me with getting answers. We had to settle the issue with coupons, which he referred me to. Also, the pharm techs who work there and deliver are all very kind! I much prefer them over Walgreens. Thank you!
